Chicken Tikka

Preparation Time:

10 Minutes & Marinate time 2 hours to overnight

Cooking Time:

30 minutes





500 g Chicken thigh fillets (cut into bite size)
1/2 cup Yogurt
1 tsp Ginger paste
1 tsp Garlic paste
1 tsp Organic Coriander powder (Dhaniya)
1 tsp Organic Cumin powder (Jeera)
1 tsp Organic Turmeric powder (Haldi)
Salt and chilli to taste
1 tsp Dry roasted fenugreek leaves (Optional)
A pinch of Tandoori orange red (food) colour


Step 1

Mix all the ingredients and marinate the chicken pieces for atleast 2 hours or overnight if possible in the fridge.

Step 2

Grill at 180 deg for 30 minutes or until the chicken pieces are cooked. Please note time may vary depending on the oven temperature.

Step 3

Serve warm with Salad
