Ginger paste 1 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Cauliflower 250 grams
tomatoes 100 grams
green peas 1 cup
Onion chopped 1 cup
Turmeric 5 grams
Coriander powder 10 grams
salt to taste
chilli to taste
Cumin powder 5 grams
water 1/2 cup
Fresh Coriander for garnish

Chop cauliflower into bite size Heat oil in a pan. Sautee onions, add ginger and garlic paste. Add the rest of the spices, tomatoes and sautee well. Add cauliflower and stir for 5 mins Then add peas, stir for another 5 mins. Simmer the fire and add water and cover Once the cauliflower is tender, take the lid off and reduce the liquid, until dry. Garnish with chopped fresh coriander Enjoy with Naan bread
