Mustard Sweet Potato

Sweet potatoes 250g
Sliiced Onions 1 cup
oil 30 mls
Mustard seeds 5 g
Salt To taste
Fresh curry leaves 8-10 leaves
Chopped chillies 1 tsp optional
Freshly grated Coconut 1-2 tblsp optional

Boil the sweet potatoes, peeland chop roughly In a pan heat oil, add mustard seeds and let it pop, add curry leaves. To this add sliced onions, chillies and salt. Add the sweet potatoes and sautee well. Garnish with fresh grated coconut Serve with warm rice
