Description

Ingredients

Chickpea flour     500g
Caraway seeds ½ tsp 
Nigella seeds ½ tsp
Cumin seeds

½ tsp 

Turmeric powder
½ tsp 
Rice flour 1 tsp 
Ginger powder 1 tsp

Garlic paste
 

½ tsp 

 
Fresh Coriander  1/2 cup chopped
Salt to taste  
Water 1 cup
Oil for frying

 

King prawns 500 grams
Medium Onions  4 (thinly sliced)
Chaat Masala

For seasoning

Mix all the dry ingredients together, add beer to make a thick paste.

Mix the sliced onions and make sure they are well coated and fry them in batches

 

Sprinkle with Chaat Masala and garnish with fresh coriander
