Stewed Shanks a Bay Leaf recipe

A mouth-watering recipe with a mix of lamb shanks and chunky vegetables. Complemented by several yummy spices including bay leaves, cinnamon quill, whole petter and crushed ginger/garlic.
|Bay leaves||8 leaves|
|Cracked black Pepper||2 tsp|
|Chunky Mix Vegetable||200 g|
|Onion diced||1 medium size|
|Crushed garlic||1 tsp|
|Crushed ginger||1 tsp|
|Mix herb||1 tsp|
Step 1: Put all the ingredients in a heavy bottom stock pot. Add water and slow cook for 2 to 3 hours, until the meat is tender.
Step 2: Serve warm with cracked pepper and a knob of organic butter.
